TSDCLI v1.5 - This tool is used to output all the configuration details of the RAID subsystem/controller into a text file.

Requirement:
1. A Windows PC with JRE (Java Runtime Environment) installed. It does not require RAIDWatch to be installed, it is a batch file runs in a DOS window, or
2. Linux (Test on SUSE Enterprise Server 9 and RedHat Adavanced Server 4) with Java JRE isntalled.

How to use it?

Windows Platform
----------------
1. Unzip the zip file.
2. Open a DOS window, and type:

tsdcli xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx output password

xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the IP address of the RAID controller.
'output' is the output filename. It will be added .txt filename extention.
'password' is optional. Leave the password blank if there is no password.
It is the RAID controller password. (Terminal/Configuration Password)
If the password entered is wrong, it will show in the output text file.

!! WARNING !! The controller password you entered will be seen in the output text file!  Modify the output text file before forwarding it to anyone, to keep your password hidden.


Linux Platform
--------------
1. Unzip the zip file, put all the files into one directory/folder.
2. In a Linux command prompt, and type:

sh tsdcli.sh xxx.yyy.zzz.qqq password textfile

xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the IP address of the RAID controller.
'output' is the output filename. It will be added .txt filename extention.
'password' is optional. Leave the password blank if there is no password.
It is the RAID controller password. (Terminal/Configuration Password)
If the password entered is wrong, it will show in the output text file.

When do you use it?

1. To print out a record of a RAID system/controller, or keep as record.
2. When you report an issue to Storageflex Technical Support, e-mail the output file together.
