1. Eligibility for return of product.
Any Product found to be defective during the warranty period may be returned to Storageflex for repair (or replacement at Storageflex’s discretion) free of
charge. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase, per your invoice, and runs for the length of time as stated on the warranty documentation that was enclosed within the original packaging.

2. Authorization for return of product.
Prior to returning a defective product you must obtain clearance from our Technical Support Department followed by a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) from our Web Site. To request a RMA#, please complete the RMA form on our web site for electronic submission.

3. How to return product
Product must be shipped in the original packaging or in packaging having equivalent protective qualities as the original.
Product must be sent to
Storageflex prepaid. The RMA must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Shipping damage caused by poor packaging is entirely at your expense and may render the warranty void. Ship, freight prepaid, to the appropriate address listed below:

4. Return of failed component to Storageflex

Failed components must be returned to Storageflex within 10 business days of replacement. Otherwise, invoice for replacement component must be paid by company cheque or credit card.
