 Storageflex doubles capacity for Infinivault Archive Appliance

A Canadian manufacturer of high performance, high availability storage products and a Canadian Federal Government Approved NMSO (National Master Standing Offer) Supplier, announced today that it has doubled the capacity of each RDX Removable Media used in its Infinivault Archive Appliance to 1TB per media.
  
“This is a 56% increase in capacity over the 640 GB removable disk cartridge, the previous capacity leader. The new 1TB allows our Infinivault Archive Appliance to scale to 100TB nearline while providing unlimited offline capacity," said Paul Chan, Vice President, Storageflex Inc."
 
Infinvault Archive Appliance provides CIFS and NFS connectivity to an Archive Pool of up to 100TB of nearline RDX Cartridges which are rated at over 30 years shelf life to according to ECMA 379 Standards. Each Infinivault System is built in with NAS, Deduplication, Encryption, Compression, WORM, Secure Delete, Audit Trail and Replication Features at no additional cost.
