All Storageflex products covered by warranty are offered free Real Time Remote Monitoring and Alerts with Storageflex's ET Phone Home Service.

Customer configurations and contact information are recorded by Storageflex. In the event a Storageflex system configured with ET Phone Home alerts Storageflex Headquarters with a hardware failure during its warranty period, Storageflex will immediately dispatch the replacement component to the location and contact on file.

Often replacement component is ready and courier tracking number is emailed to the customer before anyone needs to pickup the phone or open a support ticket by email or web!

If your system is not already configured for ET Phone Home, please email your system's serial number (found on the rear of the chassis' top cover) along with your full contact details to etphonehome@storageflex.com
