You must be an Administrator
(Have Admin rights) to run this batch file. Extract the file amccgetwin_xxxxxx.zip into a subdir. Run amccgetwin.bat from the subdir it resides in & send just the .7z output file to your support rep. amccgetwin "comments that descibe system or issue" <return> !!!!!!!!Do "NOT" reZIP the file, ZIPed files may NOT make it through the email filter!!!!!!!! When do you use it? 1. To print out a record of a RAID system/controller, or keep as record. 2. When you report an issue to Storageflex Technical Support, e-mail the output file together. |
